We’re a small, close-knit team where everyone contributes to get things done, and we’re committed to delivering top-notch service that keeps our customers happy. As we expand, we’re seeking a Junior Project Manager and Product Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
We provide thorough, on-the-job training, so if you’re proactive and eager to learn, this role could be a great fit. In this position, you’ll support end-to-end project management, product development, and logistics, collaborating with both teams and clients. You’ll also gain hands-on experience across various areas, from manufacturing to marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Assist clients by explaining product limitations and helping them understand how we can meet their needs.

  • Project Management: Oversee project rollout and execution, including proofing, managing orders, and handling internal communications.

  • Warehouse Operations: Take part in hands-on product manufacturing.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, internal teams, external agencies, and retail partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a positive, adaptable attitude who’s ready to pitch in and learn on the job. The following skills and qualifications are ideal:

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of building plans, with a willingness to ask questions.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Minor skills in editing are advantageous.

  • Strong math skills are required.

  • Ability to independently manage campaigns and meet project goals.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of B2B sales or retail is a plus.

  • Interest in interior design and a background in lighting/design (preferred).

Requirements

  • Full driver’s license.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude.
